- Real-time tracking, consular liaison, and dispatch of approved travel authorizations.
2. Applicant Obligations & Truthfulness
The applicant certifies that all information provided during intake—including passport numbers, date of birth, criminal disclosures, and travel dates—is accurate, current, and truthful. Knowingly submitting fraudulent or forged documentation constitutes a violation of national laws and will lead to immediate cancellation without refund.
3. Processing Times & Consular Delays
While our fast-track pre-clearance prepares and files dossiers within hours, quoted turnaround times (e.g. 24h, 48h, 3 days) reflect normal historical processing speeds. Unforeseen sovereign system maintenance, national holidays, diplomatic closures, or specialized security audits are outside our control.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Get Your eVisa, its directors, or consular agents be liable for flight rebooking fees, non-refundable hotel reservations, missed cruises, or consequential losses resulting from consular denial, sovereign processing backlog, or airport border refusal.
5. Governing Law
These terms and any related disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial laws and consumer protection frameworks.
