1. Information We Collect

When you use our visa pre-screening and consular submission concierge, we collect information strictly necessary to fulfill legal entry requirements imposed by destination governments:

  • Passport Details: Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, issue/expiry dates, and Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) characters.
  • Travel Itinerary: Port of arrival, flight numbers, accommodation addresses, and intended dates of stay.
  • Biometric Photos: Digital portrait photographs conforming to ICAO standard 9303 specs.
  • Contact Information: Email address for visa document dispatch and mobile number for real-time WhatsApp consular updates.

2. How We Process Your Data

Your information is processed for three sole purposes:

  1. Consular Compliance Auditing: Reviewing data for typographical, validity, and photo compliance issues before transmission.
  2. Government Submission: Transmitting authenticated visa dossiers to the designated immigration ministry or official embassy portal on your behalf.
  3. Customer Support: Providing 24/7 status updates and dispatching approved electronic visa PDFs.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Unlike marketing platforms, we retain sensitive identity files only as long as necessary to satisfy consular verification and client query SLA periods. High-resolution passport scans and raw biometric photographs are automatically purged after 30 days of case completion. Applicants may request immediate data erasure at any time by emailing privacy@getyourevisa.com.

4. International Transfers to Foreign Governments

By submitting an application for a foreign electronic visa, you explicitly authorize Get Your eVisa to transmit your required traveler data to the sovereign immigration authority of the destination country you have selected (e.g., Vietnam Immigration Department, Government of India Ministry of Home Affairs, etc.).
