1. Our service
Get Your eVisa is an independent travel authorization and application-support service. We provide requirement guidance, form assistance, document pre-screening and application tracking support. We are not a government agency, embassy or immigration authority.
2. Applications and government decisions
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. We may contact you to clarify information or request replacement documents. Government authorities independently assess and decide every visa or travel authorization application. Approval is never guaranteed by our service.
3. Fees, payments and refunds
Before payment, the applicable service fee and any known government fee will be shown for your review. Government fees may be non-refundable under the rules of the relevant authority. Where an eligible on-time service guarantee applies, only the covered Get Your eVisa service fee is considered for refund, subject to the conditions shown at checkout.
4. Your responsibility
You must provide a valid email address, review submitted information, maintain a valid passport and check the final approved document before travel. You are responsible for meeting the destination’s entry, health, transit and airline requirements.
