Privacy Policy

GYEV Experts Pvt Ltd (“GYEV”) believes that any customer who is applying for E-Visa through GYEV has the right to know about the privacy policy that is followed by GYEV. For the trust the customer has on GYEV, GYEV values the right to your privacy.

The idea of this policy is to educate the user as to what personal information is being captured by GYEV and where the same is being used. It describes the principles and practices that apply to personal information collected from users of GYEV services ("you") on GYEV Website, in telephone or e-mail communications, or in interviews, surveys.

Please note the following:

  • GYEV will not collect personal information without your knowledge and permission.
  • GYEV may store your passport details, photograph, Application Form, Guarantee Letter, copy of your tickets and hotel vouchers.
  • GYEV does not use or store your personal information including your cellphone number, bank details, debit card, credit card or NEFT transactions and details in the system.
  • GYEV will not knowingly disclose your personal information to third parties, except as provided in this Privacy Policy.
  • GYEV will take reasonable steps to protect the security of the personal information GYEV collects from you.


GYEV only uses your personal information (that is captured on GYEV Website) for the purpose of processing your application for E-Visa.


GYEV shall not be held responsible for the authenticity or accuracy of the information provided by the Applicant. It shall be the duty of the Applicant to ensure that the information provided to GYEV is accurate and true.


GYEV does not sell or rent any personal information to any third party. GYEV does not use your personal information including your debit card, credit card or NEFT transactions and details nor store the same in its system.

However, GYEV must cooperate with legal authorities, and may in some circumstances be required to disclose personally identifiable information in response to requests from law enforcement authorities, or in response to a subpoena or other legal process. GYEV does not expect this to happen, but if it does, GYEV will provide only the requested information. In other words, GYEV will not simply turn over the database in response to a specific legal requirement.

Although GYEV works very hard to protect Applicant's privacy, it cannot guarantee that personal information or private communications will always remain private and secure.


GYEV has implemented security procedures to help protect applicant’s personal information stored in GYEV systems. For example, GYEV limits access to personal information about you to GYEV employees who, we believe, reasonably need to come into contact with that information. GYEV also employs processes (such as password hashing, login auditing, and idle session termination) to protect against unauthorized access to your personal information.

However, in case of any fraudulent transactions, GYEV will not be held liable as GYEV does not save or store credit card or debit card or NEFT details of any Applicant in its system.


Minors (as defined under the laws of their jurisdiction or residence) are neither eligible to register for, nor use services available on the GYEV Site. GYEV does not knowingly collect personal information from any minor and will not use this information if discovered that it has been provided by a minor.


GYEV Website may contain links to third party websites promoting various products and/or services that GYEV does not own or operate. When you follow a link to such third party website, you are no longer on GYEV Website and are subject to the privacy policy of the new website. Applicants are advised to use their own discretion while dealing with these websites and neither GYEV nor its officers, employees, agents shall have any responsibility or liability of any nature whatsoever for these other third party websites or any information contained in them.


GYEV will retain your personal information in GYEV databases in accordance with GYEV document management, retention and destruction policies and applicable Indian laws. This period may extend beyond the end of your relationship with GYEV, but it will be only as long as it is necessary for GYEV to have sufficient information to respond to any issues that may arise later.

GYEV may also need to retain certain information to prevent fraudulent activity; to protect GYEV against liability, permit GYEV to pursue available remedies or limit any damages that GYEV may sustain; or if GYEV believes in good faith that a law, regulation, rule or guideline requires it.

Your personal information will be stored in secured locations, and on servers controlled by GYEV, located either at GYEV offices, or at the offices of GYEV service providers.


GYEV reserves the right to change this policy should GYEV deem it advisable to do so or as per the requirement of Indian laws and regulations. If GYEV makes material changes that will affect personal information GYEV has already collected from you, GYEV will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the changes and to give you opportunity to amend or cancel your registration.
